"Posing for these photos and sending them to NN was a birthday present to myself," Jewels said. "I've wanted to do it for the longest time. Flirting with guys and dressing so that men always check me out is a lotta fun and I do it all the time, but this is really taking it to the next level. To me, the ultimate would be for some guy to come into the restaurant where I work once the mag is published, look at me and say, 'I saw you in NN, but you're even hotter in person.'"
